This policy explains what information FMTECH receives when someone uses the site or sends a project request and how that information is used.
Controller and contact
FMTECH operates tech.frankmercado.com. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete information submitted through the site, email frankmercadotech@gmail.com.
Information requested by the form
Depending on the page, the form may request a name, email address, company or project, industry, a link to an existing digital presence and a description of the goal or problem. These forms are not intended for clinical data, passwords or payment information.
Purpose
The information is used to review and reply to the request, prepare a recommendation or proposal and retain relevant commercial context. FMTECH does not sell submitted information.
Form processing
The site uses FormSubmit to deliver submissions to FMTECH by email and apply spam controls. The information entered is therefore transmitted to that provider for processing. FormSubmit states in its documentation that submission archives are retained for 30 days. Do not enter sensitive information that is not needed for the request.
Hosting and technical logs
Hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, date, requested path and events needed to operate and protect the site.
Measurement with Meta Pixel
With your permission, the site loads Meta Pixel to measure visits, pages viewed, contact intent and forms that reach the confirmation page. FMTECH does not send Meta the visitor's name, email address or form contents. You may decline measurement through the notice displayed on the site; we also respect supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals.
Retention
FMTECH keeps the request while needed to respond, prepare or perform a business relationship and meet applicable obligations. If the conversation does not continue, it may be deleted when it is no longer useful unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it.
External links
The site links to email, Instagram, projects and other services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Security and your choices
No transmission system is completely infallible. FMTECH limits the information requested and uses secure connections. You may choose not to submit the form and contact FMTECH directly by email.

This policy may change if the forms, providers or site practices change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
